Notice of Public Hearing – August 30

You are hereby notified that the Supreme Court Statutory Court Fee Task Force will hold a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, beginning at 9 a.m., via Zoom. The Task Force seeks oral testimony and written. comments on its draft report and recommendations, which can be found on the Supreme Court’s website at:
https://www.illinoiscourts.gov/courts/supreme-court/committees-and-commissions/supreme-court-statutory-court-fees-task-force-public-hearing.

Interested individuals may register to provide oral testimony at the public hearing by contacting Gabriela Conley at [email protected] no later than Tuesday, August 23, 2022. A Zoom link will be provided via email prior to the public hearing date. Registered speakers will be allotted 10 minutes to address the Task Force.

Members of the public will be able to view the hearing online at the Illinois Supreme Court’s YouTube page at https://youtu.be/SA6_4AlDWo8.

Written comments may also be submitted no later than Friday, August 26, 2022, via email to Gabriela Conley at [email protected].

Clerks of Court are requested to post a copy of this notice in a conspicuous place.
