Annex Conference Room Policy
The Douglas County Annex Conference Room is available for use by Douglas County non-profit organizations. The Annex Conference Room is not for personal use and or events. The room can be booked on a 1st come 1st serve basis, with EMA having first priority during a declared disaster.
To schedule the conference room please contact Kendra Buchanan in the Douglas County Clerk’s office at 253-2411 and she will be glad to schedule your event on the Annex calendar. If you have scheduled an event for the Annex Conference Room, Kendra will provide you with a key for entry and alarm code and instructions to set the alarm after your departure. Key and code will not be provided more than one day in advance of your booking and needs to be returned to the County Clerk’s office the 1st business day after your event.
