Board Meeting Information

The Douglas County Illinois Board will be streaming the regularly scheduled board meeting, check the meeting agenda
for the date and time. The meeting will be streamed for public viewing to help keep compliant with the Open Meetings
Act as well as the suggested social distancing guidelines set forth for COVID-19.

You will have to click on the link for the meeting and download the installer for the meeting on your computer. You can
also download the Zoom Meeting app (ZOOM Cloud Meetings) for your smart phone.

Once in the meeting everyone will be muted except for the County Board.

In order to ask a question during the portion for “Questions from the Press or Visitors” you will have to select the option “Raise My Hand” in order for the presenter to know you have a question and to unmute your microphone.

The County Board Chairman will also ask if there are any questions related to the Agenda Items during the Public
Commit portion of the meeting.
